3T-RSA is analyzed and deployed through the following phases:
Consultation
We must get to know each other first. In the initial consultation, we learn about the current challenges your business is facing, we listen to your goals and objectives for the business and your desired timeline. We explain our process, how we work, our pricing, and what you should expect from our involvement.
If we find alignment, fantastic! We start working together. Keep in mind,
though, we are not always the best match for every business, or we are not able
to assist in all circumstances.
There are 4 key pillars that support a successful financial organization: Team,
Technology, Tools, Reporting and Strategic Analysis.
Through a series of interactions with the accounting and other teams, we gauge
how work impacts the key pillars. The Assessment ends with a comprehensive
report and recommendations on how to improve those key areas.
Assessment
Process Deployment
If appropriate, the Assessment Report may recommend continuing with our Process Deployment phase. In this phase, we customize tools, outline the process, and train your existing accounting team so it can operate independently after full deployment is achieved. Within 90 days, the financial process will transform from administrative chaos to an insightful, value-adding strategic weapon.
During the 90-day Process Deployment phase, and optionally on an ongoing basis, your accounting team has access to troubleshooting, answers to technical questions and support, and problem-solving.
Additionally, we analyze and review the financial reports with you as well as discuss financial strategy according to your stated goals and desired outcomes.
